"How To Mix Puffy Paint" Tutorial

This tutorial will teach you how to mix puffy paint, also known as thick paint or dimensional paint, that will add height and depth to your paintings using cornstarch and water. This tutorial DOES NOT INCLUDE a lesson about how to make the painting shown, ONLY the instructions about mixing the thickener medium.
